The Whartons have not been reluctant to utilise the
unique skills of other Nambucca Valley
specialists. The unique relationships they
have developed with bush foods specialist

of the Mist and smokehouse expert Andrew
Andrews from Valla
Smokehouse have been beneficial to all
concerned. And it was this cooperative spirit
which also led to the formation of the "The
Taste of Nambucca" group.
