Prime Angus
Cross beef cattle from
local farms are extensively used in
our Award winning meat products
The Whartons firmly believe in a "Gate to
Plate" approach to their production of
top notch meat products. They prefer to use
only the most prime beef which has been locally raised on
properties personally known and approved by Dangerous Dan's
Butchery.
All of our pork is supplied by
Tewinga Natural Produce because we consider it vastly superior to
alternative supply sources.
Dangerous Dan's Butchery is also
proud to stock "certified organic", free range chickens
from Enviroganic Farm.
For the same
reason Peter and Karen Wharton also use many of the locally grown native spices, herbs and vegetables
from Valley of the Mist, Missabotti Hydroponics and 2GrowOrganic.
These are
blended into our famous Bushman's range of award
winning sausages.
